Catherine (Kitty) Cothron has an extensive background in project management and information technology. She has over 6 years of experience in the real estate business, specifically in the REO and HUD property sales and procedures. As the Office Manager of the Scott Smith Realty Group, she is responsible for the operations of the REO team, marketing and outreach. Her advanced organizational skills in planning and attention to detail assist the team in performing to the best of their abilities.

Highly professional, she is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and committed to making a difference. She and her husband, Jerry, live on the Southside of Indianapolis and have raised 2 children. She is an active member of St Jude Catholic Church, enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and weekends at her cabin in Brown County.
