The Franklin Community School Corporation is home to five elementary schools, one intermediate school, one middle school and Franklin High School, home of the Grizzly Cubs.
If you have more of an interest in recreation, then Franklin is still the place to be. The city is home to several parks, including over 50 acres in the Province Park. The city's down town area is filled with shops, restaurants, and coffeehouses. It is also home to the historic Artcraft Theater.
